As a food reviewer, my palate was delighted by the exquisite offerings that Casadonna has curated. The highlight of the menu includes sumptuous selections such as the American Wagyu Ribeye smothered in Calabrian herb butter and the Veal Chop drizzled with caramelized garlic and natural jus. Each dish is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using only the finest ingredients that transport you straight to the Italian coast while being firmly rooted in Miami's culinary scene.
Sharing plates is a fascinating aspect of dining at Casadonna. Start with the Half Dozen Oysters, elegantly complemented by a tangy limoncello mignonette. The ambiance of Casadonna, with its retro, classy flair, cultivates an intimate setting perfect for dates or cozy gatherings with friends and family. Loved everything about this place! The food was wonderfulI had oysters for my appetizer and the Bolognese for my entree. Service was very professional and the atmosphere was just right for a date or a private dinner to catch up with a friend! I'll definitely be back soon.

All the food we ordered was amazing. The service was top notch, she really k ew the menu and what to suggest. Perfect dainty place to go with friends or family.

We had a birthday dinner there last night for a large group, 18, and we had the Miami Spice menu with wine pairing. The food was excellent and the service was good, great considering the usual inefficiency of serving a large group. And the setting, on a comfortable, balmy August night under a giant gazebo with ancient trees on Biscayne Bay was pretty special. My partner and I ordered differently so we could taste other dishes. For appetizers the oysters were fresh and cold and served with a pungent mignonette. The frita mista was very nice with shrimp, calamari and delicate discs of zucchini. The filet was tender and accurately cooked, and delicious, but the corn camalette pasta was sublime, delicate and delicious and one of the best pasta dishes in Miami. Dessert was either a chocolate budino which folks seemed to gobble up or a peach almond frangipane tarte which was very nice.

Casadonna has a beautiful old vintage but luxurious ambiance. The outdoor seating is my favorite as it is along the beach. It has a retro, classy upscale vibe. I tried the Miami spice menu and was pleasantly surprised. The tuna tartar with caviar was an up charge but very well worth it. It was fresh, tasty and the saltiness of the caviar complimented the dish. The diver scallops for an entree was a great choice. The scallops were thick, tender and flavorful. The pasta for the entree is pretty small portion. It may not make you feel satisfied. The dessert options were great. The service was phenomenal and the restaurant is beautiful. As the restaurant can be a bit pricey, Miami spice is a great option to try some of their dishes

Great customer service, the hostess reassured our seating even after we wanted to change our seat after seated! The customer care was excellent and great food and cocktails! The ambiance was also very beautiful outside and inside! Water views and nature vibes!

When you step inside Casadonna, you feel like you have stepped into an elegant, upscale Old World Italian palace. It is romantic and beautiful. The dinner guests are dressed in their finest. A great place for special dates or special celebrations. We were celebrating a special friend's birthday. We had high hopes that our first time here would be everything we hoped for. Our server came over and introduced himself and dropped off menus. For 45 minutes, we waited for our water glasses. Poof! went our balloon. Slow service, not enough servers, is what we noticed. All was not bad because the food was delicious! Thank goodness. Thing improved after that. We were there for their brunch. I ordered the New York Strip with eggs. My daughter had the same. Our birthday girl ordered the pasta with vegetables dish. Along with the brunch, we were given various appetizers, like Whipped Ricotta Toast, Prosciutto plate, Organic greens, Roasted beets, and Smoked Salmon It was perfect, filling, and delicious! We ordered Ferrari wine and another wine, whose name I have forgotten. Soft Italian music was playing in the background. We enjoyed the elegance of the evening. Parking is by valet.
